Xirtam, operated by Eran Kolran, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Paddle on our behalf. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to purchase, or
- Contact us directly through the website and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Processing time
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Paddle customer portal at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
